Do I have time to plant seeds in Zone 4?

I just found 10 bags of flower seeds. Is it too late to plant them? How can I speed up the growing process? Thanks!

Pretty late in the season for 4.
Reply:I start perinnial seeds for fall planting now. I keep them in the shade until the first true leaves are open. Then I ease them into the sun. The other thing you can do is winter sow them for next years garden. Here is a web site all about winter sowing. I haven't tried it but I will be this year. I am already saving containers for it.
