If they have begun to set bloom buds, they should be blooming soon. If they have not, then they are not getting enough sun, and you may be watering them too much. Portulacas bloom best if allowed to run dry. They are a drought resistant plant that likes it hot.
I planted Moss Rose flower seeds, they have come up but are not blooming, why?

Reply:Do they have flower buds on them? If not it may just be to early for them to bloom. If they do have blower buds and are still not blooming are they in the sun. They will not bloom in the shade.
