Just had a thought and wondered.
Do lettuces have seeds or do they flower?
Seed. I'm having a nice lettuce tomato sandwich in organic
wholemeal right now.
Reply:yes to both. you can buy lettuce seeds from a garden shop, and if you just leave them they will flower and set seeds, which is how the seed companies get them in the first place.
Reply:Lettuce will flower and then seed, if left to grow.
