Try either Johnny's Seeds or Park Seed. They will send you free catalogs and both are very reputable.

Reply:try looking for them at a home depot, Lowes Lumber yards. Or try a local nursrery
Reply:It really is too late to start with seeds for this season. IF you want the plants, buy either baskets that are already pretty, or plants and put them into planters....that is the only way you are going to have decent plants this year. Next spring, start seeds indoors, about End of February, then when danger of frost is over, move them outside. Good luck
Reply:For most parts of the country it is too late to start seeds, espcially lobelia. Lobelia is a slow germinator and takes a while to get big enough to transplant. Look for the seed at a garden center or order from Parks Seeds or Johnny's seeds, or sny of the other commercial seed companies.
Reply:Check your local garden centers and stay away from the big box stores. Garden centers almost always have a better, higher quality selection and have knowledgable people who can help you. Plus if they dont have what you want they can you in most cases order it for you. Ask someone at Wal Mart about Lobelia and you'll probably get "uuhhh, does she work in jewelry?"
